Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. roast
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    5 Irish potatoes, cut up
    4 small carrots, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Salt and pepper roast.
    Put all ingredients into 1 browning bag.
    Tie end and cut slits into top of bag.
    Set oven for 350\u00b0. Cook for 2 hours or until done.
