Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pumpkin
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. grated carrots
    4 Tbsp. raisins
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    5 to 6 pkg. lo-cal sweetener
    2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly and pour into ungreased muffin pan.
    Do not use paper muffin cups.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 11 to 14 minutes, depending on your oven.
    Add icing, if desired.
