Sweet And Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. floured spareribs
    1 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown spareribs that have been cut into strips about 1 inch long.
    Lay on paper.
    Bring water, vinegar and brown sugar to a boil.
    Pour over spareribs in a casserole dish and cover.
    Cook 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Stir about twice during cooking.
