Peanut Butter Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box powdered sugar
1 to 1 1/2 sticks margarine, softened
1 small jar peanut butter

Preparation

Mix powdered sugar and margarine until dough-like.
Spread out on wax paper very thin.
Spread peanut butter on top and roll into a log.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Slice and serve.
