Holiday Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    3 c. boiling water
    2 ripe bananas
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Slice bananas into mixture. Add frozen strawberries and undrained pineapple.
    Pour half the mixture into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with sour cream; add sugar. Spread over chilled layer.
    Gently spoon remaining mixture (jello) on top.
    Refrigerate until firm.
