Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes spinach
    1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package direcions.
    Mix all ingredients, saving half of stuffing mix.
    Mix with 1/4 cup of butter and sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
