Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/3 c. Heinz 57
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken to taste.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Drain pineapple; reserve 2 tablespoons juice.
    Mix juice with honey and Heinz 57; pour over chicken.
    Bake 25 more minutes. Baste occasionally.
    Place pineapple chunks on chicken; bake another 10 minutes.
