5-Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat, bite size
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 c. sliced carrots or more
    2 big onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt and some pepper
    1 can tomato bisque soup, thinned with 1/2 can water or 1/2 c. wine
    1 to 2 large potatoes, cut in chunks
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in Dutch oven and stir.
    Cover tightly. Bake 5 hours at 275\u00b0.
