Dry Roasted Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. warm water
    2 1/2 c. raw, shelled peanuts
Preparation
    In a bowl, dissolve salt in water.
    Add peanuts.
    Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Drain well.
    Spread on shallow, rimmed cookie sheet.
    Bake in 275\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until lightly browned, stirring every 15 minutes.
