Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. self-rising flour
4 to 5 oz. flaked coconut
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add milk and flour alternately.
Blend well.
Add coconut.
Pour into lightly greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
