Presto Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck or turkey
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 large yellow onion, diced
    3 cans dark kidney beans
    chili powder
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove minced garlic
    oyster crackers
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown meat and season to taste with chili powder.
    Transfer to large skillet.
    Saute garlic in olive oil for 1 minute, then add vegetables, cooking until tender.
    Combine veggies with meat, tomatoes and beans.
    Season with chili powder to taste.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
    Top with shredded cheese and serve with oyster crackers, if desired.
