Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Mix yeast, water, sugar and salt. Stir in flour. Knead dough. Take a ball of dough about the size of an egg and roll it to 6 to 8-inches.
    Shape into a pretzel. Brush beaten egg over raw pretzel. Put a generous amount of salt (kosher) on pretzel.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Don't overbake!
