One Million Calorie Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (16 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. flaked coconut
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Place milk in top of a double boiler.
Bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low.
Cook until chips melt and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows.
Chill.
Mix slightly. Brown coconut in melted butter.
Remove from heat.
Add crushed cookies.
Stir well.
Press 3/4 of cookie mix in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cut ice cream into slices about 1/4-inch thick. Place half of the ice cream slices on top of the cookie mix.
Pour half of the marshmallow mix over ice cream.
Repeat layers with remaining ice cream and marshmallow mix.
Sprinkle top with remaining cookie mix.
Cover and freeze until firm.
