Chicken Crescent - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer or 4 chicken breasts
    1 tsp. sage
    salt and pepper
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 pkg. stuffing mix, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in pieces
    2 cans crescent rolls
Preparation
    Cook
    chicken,\tsage,
    salt
    and
    pepper
    until tender. Remove from bone
    and
    cut
    up
    coarsely.\tWhile meat is still warm,
    add cream
    cheese
    and
    mix.
    Chill
    in
    refrigerator. Divide crescent rolls.
    Spread
    them
    on dough board and press out by hand,
    making
    each
    large\tenough to hold a portion of chicken. Put a scoop of chilled chicken mixture in each piece of dough and roll up, stretching dough to seal in the chicken. Dip in melted margarine,\tcovering all over.
    Roll in crushed stuffing mix. Place
    on greased cookie sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes
    or until golden brown.
    Serve with gravy made from chicken broth. Makes 8 to 16 servings.
