Chicken Salad(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. skinned and boned boiled chicken, diced
    20 small red seedless grapes, cut into halves
    1 small red Delicious or McIntosh apple, cored and diced
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    1 tsp. each: distilled white vinegar and lemon juice
    dash each: salt and pepper
    2 medium tomatoes
    4 lettuce leaves
Preparation
    In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except tomatoes and lettuce; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 1 hour.
