Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked)
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 can crab meat
    3 eggs
    1 c. half and half
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    pinch of ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until center is set.
