Turkey Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 sm. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 green pepper (in strips)
3 celery stalks (cut on slant)
1 c. chicken broth
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 oz. drained mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. cooked turkey-cut up
2 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with
1/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine.
Add green pepper, celery, 1 cup chicken broth, soy sauce, mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 5-7 minutes (may be cooked longer if you prefer vegetables to be soft).
Add turkey (chicken may be used) and broth and cornstarch mixture.
Stir well and cook until thickened.
Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
