Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. chopped broccoli, cooked
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 lb. or 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1 redi-made pie shell
Preparation
    Mix cheese and broccoli.
    (Optional:
    Add bacon, cooked and crumbled or onion.)
    Pour into crust.
    Mix eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
    Pour over pie; mix gently.
    (Put cookie sheet under pie for overspills.)
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cool on rack for 10 minutes before serving.
