Jalapeno Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. jalapenos, chopped fine
1/2 to 3/4 c. green bell peppers, chopped
1 bottle Certo
green cake coloring
paraffin

Preparation

Mix ingredients
except
for
Certo and coloring.
Cook until it is a \"rolling boil\" for 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Add
Certo and
coloring.
Stir
well.
Pour\tinto sterilized jars.
Top each jar with melted paraffin and seal.
