Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour (enough to stiffen)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Roll out dough very thin on floured surface; let stand 20 minutes.
    Roll up loosely; slice 1/4-inch wide. Unroll.
    Let dry 2 hours.
    Makes 3 cups.
