Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, trimmed and diced
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    salt and pepper
    5 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Let stand several hours or overnight.
    Place in a greased casserole.
    Set casserole in a pan of water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes uncovered.
