Sweet And Pungent Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breasts
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. mustard
    1/3 c. molasses
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 c. pineapple tidbits (save juice)
Preparation
    Place chicken in single layers in baking dish.
    In saucepan mix together remaining ingredients, except tidbits, but use the juice.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Brush all sides of chicken.
    Cover and bake chicken at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes more, brushing often.
    Add tidbits to sauce; heat 3 minutes.
    Pour over chicken on serving plate and serve.
