Cinnamon Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. cream of wheat
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk (can use skimmed)
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. fruit juice (any flavor)
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    In a medium bowl combine flour, cream of wheat, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Set aside.
    In a small bowl combine milk, egg, oleo and vanilla.
    Stir into dry ingredients until moistened.
    Stir in raisins.
    Spoon mixture into a greased muffin pan.
    Makes 12.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Remove from pan; brush tops with fruit juice and roll in remainder of sugar. Good without sugar also.
