Barbecued Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) pork tenderloin
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1/2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Cut tenderloin into 8 slices and dredge with flour.
    Cook in the shortening in a skillet until brown.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the pork.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, turning pork occasionally.
