Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. margarine
4 eggs
3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 c. powdered sugar
dash of cinnamon
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Beat sugar, margarine and eggs well. Add flour gradually, beating well. Add vanilla, apples, cinnamon and nuts (if using). Mix ingredients well. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan or any tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0. Let cool about 30 minutes, then turn into cake plate.
