Chicken Salad With Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can asparagus pieces, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place chicken in center of a large square of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Wrap and cook in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cool and remove meat from bone. Cut into bite-size pieces.
    In a large bowl, add chicken, peas, asparagus and mushrooms.
    Mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, dill weed, salt and pepper and gently combine with other ingredients.
    Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
    Serves 6.
