Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 peeled tomatoes
4 medium onions
2 green peppers
1 (4 oz.) can or 6 small jalapeno peppers
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. canning salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Cook in large kettle for 3 hours.
Process in pint jars for 30 minutes.
