Plantation Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. strong tea, chilled
    2 c. Muscatel wine
    2 c. (6 oz.) cans frozen pineapple juice concentrate
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, stirring until pineapple juice concentrate is thawed and sugar is dissolved. Pour over ice cubes in tall glasses and serve garnished with mint sprigs or mix in a punch bowl. Add ice and serve in punch cups. Makes about 2 quarts before ice is added.
