Three Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    1 c. picante sauce
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 medium red or green bell pepper, diced
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    8 flour tortillas
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomatoes
    olives, sliced
    1 tsp. crushed cumin
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, 1/4 cup picante sauce, diced pepper, onion and cumin.
    Mix well.
