Shipwreck Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 large onion
1 qt. sliced potatoes
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 small stalk celery, cut up
1 can kidney beans (1 lb.)
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a casserole.
Pour water over it. Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 1 hour and, uncovered, for 1/2 hour. (Total baking time is 1 1/2 hours.)
Serves 6.
