7 Layer Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can refried beans or jalapeno bean dip
    2 very ripe avocados
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayo
    1 packet taco seasoning mix
    2 to 3 bunches green onions, chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 can black olives, sliced
    8 to 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Layer refried beans on serving plate.
    Mash avocados with beater and add lemon juice.
    Layer on top of refried beans. Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning mix.
    Layer on top avocado mixture, then green onions, tomatoes and black olives.
    Top with cheese.
    Assemble and refrigerate 1 hour before serving with corn chips.
