Gazpacho With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber
    1/2 onion or 3 to 4 scallions
    1 avocado
    1 tomato
    1 green pepper
    6 Tbsp. salad oil
    4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    8 c. tomato juice
    juice of 4 limes
    3 to 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    celery
    croutons
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Chop the first 5 ingredients.
    Mix with next 6 ingredients. Refrigerate. Serve with sour cream and pass with bowls of chopped celery, croutons and bacon bits.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
