Buffet Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 sliced carrots
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 small diced onion
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook carrots slightly and drain.
    Cook onion in melted margarine for 2 or 3 minutes.
    Stir in flour, salt, mustard and milk.
    Cook until smooth.
    Add pepper and celery salt.
    Layer carrots and Cheddar cheese in 2-quart casserole, beginning and ending with carrots.
    Pour sauce over layers and top with bread crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
