Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 bell pepper (sweet)
    3 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. Accent
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/3 c. water
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 large egg
    2 slices white bread
    4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In large plastic pan, place ground beef.
    In a bowl, mix the bread slices, egg and milk.
    When well mixed, add to the ground beef and mix real well.
    Add chopped onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper, Accent and 1/2 cup catsup.
    Mix together thoroughly.
    If mixture is too stiff, add milk.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
