Fat-Free Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. seasoned rice vinegar
    1 to 2 tsp. Dijon style mustard (any brown mustard)
    1 clove garlic, pressed
Preparation
    Whisk all ingredients together.
    Use as a dressing on green salads and steamed vegetables.
    Excellent on steamed broccoli. Keeps in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
    Seasoned rice vinegar is available in most supermarkets.
