Chocolate Kentucky Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked)
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. coffee brandy
1 c. chocolate bits
1 c. walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put pie crust in freezer while you make filling.
Beat the eggs with a whisk until just blended. Gradually add 1/2 the sugar.
Add cornstarch to remaining 1/2 of the sugar, stirring to remove lumps.
Blend into egg mixture.
Add and stir in brandy and butter.
Pour this into pie shell that you have first added nuts and chocolate bits to.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
Serve at room temperature with whipped cream.
