Cream Cheese Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. crushed soda cracker crumbs, salted
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    sage to taste
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix all ingredients; let stand a few minutes to season and thicken.
    Drop mixture from tablespoon and brown patties slowly on both sides.
    Place in casserole dish and cover with Mushroom Gravy.
