South-Of-The-Border Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans Ro-Tel sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chili powder
8 to 10 tortillas, torn in pieces
8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown meat, add onion.
Cook until tender.
Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings.
Alternate layers of meat mixture, tortillas and cheese in 1 1/2-quart casserole, ending with cheese. Bake at 320\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 6 or more servings.
