Prune Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. pitted dried prunes
2 apples, cut into 12 wedges
1/2 c. celery, diced
Wish-Bone Russian dressing
1/4 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Soak prunes in water just enough to cover, then heat until prunes plump out or swell.
Drain and chill thoroughly.
Combine prunes with celery and apple.
Stir in enough dressing to moisten. Line salad bowl with lettuce leaves and pour mixture on top. Garnish with walnuts.
