Chili For A Crowd(Serves 40 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground meat
    4 large red onions
    80 oz. tomato sauce
    Worcestershire sauce
    onion salt
    garlic salt
    celery salt
    chili powder
    pepper
    Tabasco
    parsley flakes
    3 large bell peppers
Preparation
    Brown
    and
    drain
    ground meat.
    Stir into meat chopped onions and bell peppers.
    Pour Worcestershire sauce generously over meat. Add
    onion salt, garlic salt, celery salt, pepper, Tabasco and chili powder to taste.
    The more generous you are with these seasonings,
    the spicier the chili.
    Add about 1/2 cup parsley flakes and tomato sauce.
    Simmer 1 hour, stirring often to avoid sticking.
