Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch carrots
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 head cauliflower
    3 zucchini
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    butter (1/2 to 1 cube)
    4 big white onions, sliced
    8 to 10 mushrooms (cut large ones to bite size)
    1 cube butter
Preparation
    Boil separately in sugar and salt for 3 minutes the carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini.
    Brown in 1/2 to 1 cube of butter, the onions and mushrooms.
    Butter bottom of casserole.
    Put half of the onion-mushroom mixture in casserole.
    Layer vegetables on top.
    Put the rest of the onion mixture on top of vegetables.
