Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
3 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. sliced onions
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce (chunky style)
1/3 c. Marsala wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Season chicken with salt and pepper; coat lightly with flour. In large skillet in hot oil, lightly brown chicken on both sides; remove and set aside. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic to skillet; cook and stir until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce over to coat. Simmer, covered, 15 minutes or until tender. Yield: 4 servings.
