Pineapple Bar Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 small can well drained, crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

With electric mixer, mix butter, sugar and eggs until well blended.
Add flour, baking powder and soda which have been sifted together.
Last add the pineapple and nuts.
Pour batter into well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
While still warm, sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
