Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 chicken fillets
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. flour
small amount milk (about 1/4 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

In medium size bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, pepper and paprika.
In a small bowl, pour the milk.
Heat skillet and add the oil.
When it's hot, dip each piece of chicken first into the milk, and then into the dry ingredients.
Brown chicken on each side according to your taste.
After browned on both sides, simmer on each side for 15 minutes.
Serve.
