Fish Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. canned salmon
    1/2 pack saltine crackers, crushed
    1/2 medium size onion, diced
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In medium-size bowl, mix all ingredients.
    Form into hamburger size patties.
    Fry in greased skillet until brown on both sides.
