Belgian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. thinly sliced Irish potatoes
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Put the potatoes into a baking dish.
    Pour over them half the melted butter to which the seasonings have been added.
    Bake in a hot oven until potatoes are half cooked.
    Stir lightly; add remainder of butter mixture and continue to bake until potatoes are tender and the edges are brown and crisp.
    Serves 6.
