German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. apples, sliced thin
1/2 to 1 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs and oil until foamy.
Add and mix sugar, vanilla, flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.
Then add and mix apple and nuts. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
