Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can beer (room temperature)
3 c. self-rising flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
Preparation
-
Butter an 8-inch square pan.
Mix flour, sugar and beer together with fork and hands.
Pat into pan.
Melt 1/2 cup butter; pour over top of dough.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
Serve warm.
