Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. pineapple
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour

Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil until fluffy.
Add zucchini, then flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Stir in pineapple, raisins and nuts.
Bake in greased pan in 325\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
