Double Cherry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen pitted tart cherries
    1 c. frozen pitted dark sweet cherries
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 1/3 Tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
    pastry for 2-crust pie
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Thaw cherries; drain, reserving juices. Mix sugar, tapioca and cornstarch in saucepan; add 2/3 cup reserved tart cherry juice and 1/3 cup reserved sweet cherry juice.
    Mix well.
    Cook over high heat until thickened; cool.
